Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and images of the product to request an exchange or return.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact for our team to authorize the request.
Ship the Product
Once approved, send the item back to our central warehouse through a traceable courier service at the customer's expense.
Processing & Resolution
After receiving and verifying the item, we will issue a store credit voucher or dispatch the replacement item within 7 to 10 working days.
